Courses dropped during the drop period automatically receive a 100% tuition refund. The length of the drop period will vary based on the length of the course.

8 **Students withdrawing from a course after the initial drop period will receive a "W" grade on their transcript that will not affect their grade point average at KC and are not eligible for a refund.
