In November,ELIannouncedtoitsteamthat,thank stoitsStabilizationGrantfunding,it wouldofferallclassroomstaffpremiumpaythr oughtheendof2021,equaltoanextra$2/hour,o ntopofitsalreadyindustry-leadingpay,andp ayoutteammembersforremainingPTObalancesa ttheendoftheyear,recognizingthatPTOis difficulttotakein thecurrentleanstaffingenvironment. ELIhasalsoimplementedmoreaggressiveworkf orcerecruitmenteffortsandhiringfairs,as wellas a $1,000sign-onbonusto LiftingSpiritsAppleTreeLearningCenterinS outhBendis a Level4 PTQpreschoolandlearningcenter,anditsStab ilizationGrantfundsaremakinga significantimpact.
