Health & Insurance Benefits (available if hired as a regular employee who is scheduled to work at least 20 hours/week) Medical Plan Options Eaton offers three medical options Bind MyChoice, UHC enhanced and UHC Basic. The UHC enhanced and UHC Basic medical options are High Deductible options which include a Health Savings Account (HSA).

2 The Bind MyChoice plan is a copay-based plan with no deductible. All options cover the same Benefits and use UnitedHealthcare s choice plus network of providers as well as OptumRx for prescription drug Benefits . Visit for more information including: Compare options ( enhanced & Basic coverage) Access to MyChoice option website Check to see if your providers are in-network Check what is covered by the plans Review monthly employee contributions Health Savings Account The UHC enhanced and UHC Basic medical plan options include a Health Savings Account (HSA) through Fidelity. Eaton contributes $500 for employee only coverage and $1,000 for employee + other(s) coverage. These amounts are prorated based on date of hire. If you are ineligible for an HSA, a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) is also available.

3 Dental Coverage includes Benefits for most dental expenses including regular exams and child orthodontia administered by Delta Dental. Vision This employee-paid coverage provides Benefits toward the cost of annual eye exams, glasses and contact lenses administered by EyeMed. Life Insurance Eaton pays the cost of life insurance to cover an amount equal to the employee's annual base pay. Seven additional optional coverage levels are also available. Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is paid by Eaton to cover one times annual base pay, with additional coverage options available. Optional, employee paid coverage is available to insure the lives of the employee's spouse/domestic partner and dependent children. Disability Eligible employees continue to receive a portion of their pay if they cannot work due to illness or injury.

4 The Short-Term Disability Plan (STD) generally covers up to six months of disability and is paid for by Eaton . Long-Term Disability Plan (LTD) benefit payments begin after six months of continuous disability. Eaton provides long-term disability coverage equal to 50% of annual base pay for employees who become totally and continuously disabled. Additional employee-paid long-term disability coverage options of 60% or 70% of annual base pay are also available. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Accounts to allow employees to pay for certain out-of-pocket dental and vision care and dependent care expenses with before-tax dollars. Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) or Dental/Vision Reimbursement Account (DVRA) depending on your choice of medical coverage Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA) Voluntary Benefits /Optional Insurance Eaton partners with external vendors to offer access to accident , hospital indemnity, critical illness, auto, home, umbrella and pet insurance.

Eaton Non-Union 12/15/2021 Retirement Benefits (available if hired as a regular employee) The Eaton Savings Plan (ESP) This 401(k) plan enables employees to build personal portfolios to fit their needs while saving on a before-tax and / or after- tax basis. In addition to your own contributions, Eaton will provide Company match contributions to the Plan on your behalf. Each pay period, Eaton will match your regular contributions to the Plan (in any combination of before- and after-tax contributions) at 50 cents on the dollar for the first 6% of compensation you save. Provided you are an employee on the last day of the Plan year, you become 100% vested in the value of the Company match contributions (including any investment gains or losses) the Company made to your account during the year.

6 If you voluntarily resign employment with Eaton , any Company match contributions credited to your Plan account for that year will be forfeited. You are immediately 100% vested in the value of your own contributions (including any investment gains or losses on them). Fidelity Investments provides administrative services for the plans, including investment education and retirement planning resources in addition to daily transaction processing online, or by phone. Eaton s Retirement Contribution (ERC) In addition, Eaton contributes 4% of pay to the ESP on your behalf, regardless of whether you contribute or not. This contribution vests in three years and you can invest it in any of the funds available in the ESP. Wellbeing at Eaton Programs Wellbeing is important to Eaton . Live Well at Eaton Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Eaton provides access to 6 free clinical counseling sessions for employees and their household family members, plus financial and legal consultations, and concierge services to find local providers for childcare, elder care, education, government programs, health/wellness, personal convenience services, moving/relocation and more. Other Wellbeing Benefits for backup childcare and senior care Adoption Reimbursement Paid Parental Leave and other leaves of absence Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Additional Purchased Vacation Program (becomes available on the first January 1 of employment) You are eligible for the Benefits described in this document on your first day of hire (or if later, the date of your transfer to an eligible group) unless otherwise noted.

8 If you are not actively at work on this date, you will not be eligible for employee life, AD&D and disability coverage until the first day you are actively at work. The benefit plans and programs summarized here are governed by official plan documents. This is not a Plan Document or part of a Plan Document. Any differences between this brochure and the Plan Document are not intended. If any differences are found to exist, the Plan Documents will govern. These plan and programs may not apply to all employees, including certain employees covered by collective bargaining agreements, and contract, leased, or temporary employees.
