The Regional Summit Championships April 2nd 10th, 2022. varsity All Star is proud to host the Regional Summit Championships. Now your athletes can make the climb a little closer to home. Teams in eligible divisions can earn a bid to the Regional Summit events and be named a Regional Summit Champion! For the 2021-2022 season, varsity All Star is committed to producing an innovative, prestigious, competitive and unforgettable End-of-Season all levels experience across the country. Division Splits All USASF Elite divisions will be split into DI & DII. IASF divisions will NOT be split. DII Programs must compete in DII. divisions in order to maintain their DII status. Worlds Divisions are not eligible to attend The Regional Summit. CROSSOVER POLICY. Athletes will not be allowed to compete on more than 2 teams at The Regional Summit Championships.

5 Athletes competing at The Regional Summit are also eligible to compete at The Summit or D2 Summit Championships at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL. Crossover athletes will pay the crossover rate. Team Eligibility Any team that competes AND receives a bid in one of the above divisions to The Regional Summit at a qualifying event in the 2021-2022 season may compete at The Regional Summit. Teams must be in good standing with the USASF, ISAF &. varsity Spirit. Teams MUST compete in the same division in which they qualified for but can add up to the MAXIMUM number of athletes in the division. For example, a team qualifying with 16 athletes may compete at The Regional Summit with up to 22 athletes. For the 2021-2022 season, teams that qualify in a coed division but no longer meet the roster requirements for coed will be eligible to compete in the comparable all girl division.

6 All girl teams will be permitted to compete in the comparable coed division as well. These division changes must be made prior to the final registration deadline. SCORING. Teams will now compete twice at The Regional Summit. The final results are a combination of a team's round one and round two scores. The team's highest daily score counts 75% and their lower daily score counts 25%. We utilize this floating weight system, so all teams can focus on hitting their routine BOTH days to maximize their chances of winning their division. International Divisions Scoring Teams competing in the International Divisions will be scored on the standard varsity All Star Score Sheet. At all US. based, regular-season varsity All Star events, all teams must adhere to the USASF level rules when competing. DEPOSITS. All programs will be required to make a $30 deposit per athlete.

7 Teams that do not pay their deposit prior to their region deadline will forfeit Paid Bid eligibility. Deposits will be applied towards registration fees or refunded if a Paid Bid is awarded. All deposits are due March 22, 2022. Released 7/29/2021. BIDS. Bids to the Regional Summit will not be passed down. At-Large Bids: At all varsity All Star events, the top 3 placing teams in Bid eligible divisions will earn an At-Large Bid for The Regional Summit Championships. At-Large Bid winners will be notified via the event BAND. Partial-Paid Bids: A Partial Paid Bid is equal to of the Registration fee of $ Each team will be eligible to accumulate up to 4 Partial Paid Bids which is equivalent to 1 Paid Bid during the 2021-2022 season. EX. 1 Partial Paid Bid equals $ per athlete, 2 Partial Paid Bids equals $ per athlete, etc. At all varsity All Star Challenge events and each Virtual Competition Series event, 6 Partial Paid Bids will be awarded.

8 3 Partial Paid Bids will be awarded to DI and 3 Partial Paid Bids will be awarded to DII These bids will be awarded to the highest scoring teams in USASF Elite Parent Divisions ONLY. (Ex: a parent division is Junior 1). International Divisions are NOT eligible to receive Partial Paid bids. The levels will be divided as follows: L1, L2, L3, L4, All Partial-Paid Bids will be announced on-site at the qualifying event during the awards sessions. Please contact your event producer to determine which awards ceremony your announcement will be made at. At-Large &. Partial-Paid Bid winners will also be notified via the event BAND. Points Race Paid Bids: The Points Race PAID Bids allow teams to attend The Regional Summit Championship. Points Race PAID Bids will be awarded in each parent division across each Region using a points system found on the varsity All Star Leaderboard in USASF Elite divisions ONLY.

9 International Divisions are NOT eligible to receive PAID bids. The Points Race PAID Bids will not be split DI/DII. In order to be eligible to be awarded a DI/DII Regional Summit PAID bid, teams must place in the top 3 on the Leaderboard and must have completed a minimum of 3 performances (2-day events count as 2. performances). Paid Bids will be awarded in a reveal on varsity TV. Each athlete earning a PAID Bid to The Regional Summit Championships will receive the full registration price as a credit. Teams must be registered, and deposit paid in full to be eligible to receive a PAID Bid. All prior paid fees will be refunded. Teams need to have competed and earned a bid to The Regional Summit on or before the cutoff date for the location at which they are competing. Bid Cutoff Date: Bids can no longer be earned for your chosen Regional Summit location after March 22, 2022.

10 Released 7/29/2021. Upgrading Bids At-Large Bids can be upgraded to a Partial-Paid or Paid Bid. Partial-Paid Bids can be upgraded to a Paid Bid. Paid Bids must be used this season and cannot be deferred. Bid Eligibility Event Producers have the right to investigate any teams receiving a bid to The Regional Summit. Bid eligible teams and divisions will be reviewed for accuracy and legitimacy. Any bid eligible team/athlete found in violation of a USASF or varsity Spirit policy may be disqualified. Bid Celebration Show Beginning in January of 2022, newly registered teams will be recognized in a special celebration during the final Summit Bid Reveal show each month. Tune in to varsity TV on on the last Monday of the month at 7:30pm CT to join in the fun! HOUSING. All Regional Summit events are housing required through our Stay Smart Housing program for the 2021-2022 season.
