Many of our employees have benefited from the training programs provided by Stiles Education. One of the most significant contributions to our ability to digest the new technologies is found in our ability to build a front line of defense to deal in-house with machine down time and on-going M&R. However in May of 1990 our first class on edgebander operation had a total of six students. From that one course we have grown considerably in both training offerings and number of sessions with our alumni now over 29,000. Many of these students have taken multiple classes to build their expertise and increase their company s ability to be competitive. Stiles Education has come to be known as the education and training center in the woodworking industry.

6 We are also expanding our curriculum to include plastics, composites and other advanced materials.
