4 Loosen Handle Set Screw and removeHandle, Locknut, and Unscrew Bonnet and remove Bonnet Using Handle as a wrench, screw Stem out of Bonnetclockwise, thereby ejecting Seat and Stem. RemoveStem Clean all parts well with solvent. Lubricate lightly stemthreads and all O-rings. Install Bonnet and Stem Screw Stem into Bonnet until engaged with Bonnetthreads; use Handle to retract Stem to full Replace Seat in Bonnet cavity, chamfered end first,making sure it is well Replace bonnet Assembly in Body, torquing to 45 inchpounds for TEFLON Seats, 100 inch pounds for KEL-Fseats, and 125 inch pounds for NYLON and all MetalInsert Replace Washer, Replace Locknut, torquing to 100 inchpounds.
