8 She is also Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Risk Management Committee of the Board, and the Safety Review Board of the Company. She served as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Supermax Corporation Berhad since June 16, 2015 until April 14, is Malaysia s longest-serving Minister of International Trade and Industry, having served in that capacity from 1987 to 2008 and contributes a wealth of international experience. Previously, she also held the portfolio of Minister of Public Enterprises from 1980 to 1987 and Deputy Minister of Finance from 1977 to 1980. He is also Senior Vice Chairman of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) 2017-18 Global Board of a career spanning more than 20 years, Mouri-san has held a number of chief auditor positions. Before joining AIG, he was a Statutory Executive Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Auditor for MetLife Alico Insurance Japan. He also led the audit departments at Morgan Asia Pacific; Shinsei Bank; Morgan Stanley Japan; and Deutsche Bank Japan. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in Atlanta and to supporting internal audit professionals, Mouri-san also has held numerous board and volunteer leadership positions at The IIA, including International Secretary (2007-08), ViceChairman Professional Development (2008-09), Vice Chairman Professional Guidance (2015-16), and Vice Chairman Professional Practices (2016-17).
