3 SCOPE. A. This permit authorizes the installation of a Single Point Mooring (SPM), which will include connecting the existing Crude loading/discharge pipeline, in the vicinity of the Coker Dock/Domes, to two (2) newly installed concrete coated 30 OD pipelines which will be buried off the end of the eastern jetty and then laid on the seafloor to the outer edge of the Limetree Channel. The pipelines will be buried down the channel wall, beneath the uncolonized channel bottom and then up the slope on the western side of the channel where they will emerge and be surface lain to a depth where the PLEM will be placed.

4 The system will then transition into three 24' OD hoses which will be suspended mid water column to the Buoy Balance Position for the SPM. Floats and weights will be used to hold the hoses in position and eight (8) anchors will be used to stabilize the SPM in a position which will allow for adequate depth for the tankers to swing without getting in to water less than 87ft. Three (3) anchors may be placed on the floated hoses, if necessary. The hose anchors and the SPM anchors may be traditional drag anchors or may be anchor piles depending on the substrate.
