When thevehicle is started, the Key Cylinder Module converts the transpon-der signal and sends a secure, coded signal to the Engine ControlModule.

2 If the signal to the Engine Control Module is correct, thevehicle will 556h uses a unique auto-program sequence to learn the securecode from the Key Cylinder Module and repeats it when remote startis activated, eliminating the need to leave a key in the 556h Honda/Acura Immobilizer Bypass Module integrates intothe wiring for the Honda/Acura Immobilizer anti-theft system toallow remote start capability, while still allowing normal functionof the factory Immobilizer anti-theft !!It is recommended that the 556h ImmobilizerBypass Module only be installed by an authorizedDirected dealer. Attempting installation without theproper tools and training can result in damage to thevehicle !!Wire connections from the 555H to theHonda/ acura Immobilizer wires should be done AFTERall remote start connections are completed and the fol-lowing test is TTeessttPPrroodduucctt DDeessccrriippttiioonnMMooddeellssAfter completing all remote start wiring connections, insert thevehicle key into the ignition switch.

3 Do NNOOTT turn the ignition the remote the vehicle remote starts, proceed with the 556h the vehicle fails to start, check all ignition and tachometer con-nections and retest. Do NNOOTT proceed with 556h installation untilthis test is successful test verifies that all ignition and tachometer con-nections are correct. This will eliminate the remote start as thecause of a failure to start after completing the 556h Remove steering column shroud to gain access to the wire har-nesses at the rear of the ignition Locate the appropriate wires exiting the ignition switch andimmobilizer receiver. The wire colors are listed in the WireColor Wire the 556h as shown in the wiring (+) 12V BATTERYREDIGNITION INPINKIGNITION OUTPINK/ 2 INORANGE/BLACK(-)GROUND INBLUE/WHITE(-)NEGATIVEGREEN BBLLUUEE//WWHHIITTEE:: Connect this wire to the (-) key sense wire at theignition cylinder.

Press the program button to switch between modes 1 and Once the mode is selected, turn the ignition Turn the ignition back On and the LED will illuminate con-firming that the Module has been Turn the Ignition Off, remove the key and initiate the remotestart ::You must use the BLACK master key to complete the pro-gramming Ignition On1.

YYEELLLLOOWW//BBLLAACCKK::For mode 1 Connect this wire to data wire thatconnects from the ECM to the Ignition switch, for mode 2connect this wire to the Data wire from the Ignition switch. YYEELLLLOOWW:: Connect this wire to the same data wire listed above formode 1, for mode 2 connect this wire to the Data wire from theECM. OORRAANNGGEE:: Not Connected OORRAANNGGEE//BBLLAACCKK:: Not Connected for mode 1, for mode 2 this wireis connected to the Data 2 wire that connects the Ignitionswitch and the ECM. BBLLUUEE::Connect this wire to the remote starter.
