2 To apply for dealership, please call or fax a request for a dealer application. Return the completed application as instructed on the application. You must have a business phone number (NOT your residence). We prefer to have a photo of your business showing your business sign. If dealership is a new business, we will require a photo for our files. We reserve the right to refuse selling to anyone we feel does not meet our dealer qualifications. If you are not a legitimate dealer, PLEASE DO NOT waste your time and ours. We reserve the right to requalify dealer status at any Terms All customers will receive orders on a COD or credit card basis except those who have established an open account with us and they will receive orders under our regular terms.

3 Please remember COD fees are per shipment from each warehouse location, not per order. All invoices are due and payable 30 days following date of purchase. All past due accounts will be charged the maximum legal rate of interest. Open accounts lapsing into 60 day balance will revert to COD status. All merchandise purchased from Western Power Sports, Inc., remains the property of WPS until the account is paid in full. 6 We do, however, make every effort to hold our prices for an entire season. In case of a price change, items will be billed at prices in effect on the date the order is shipped. Dealer may request a shipping upgrade to a next day or 2 day air service at their expense. 7 WPS only pays ground freight on oils and additives. Items that are noted on each page (generally trailers, spare tires, airlifts, drop shipments, etc.) are not included in the free freight policy. 8 Please note the FREIGHT POLICY, backorders do contribute to your free freight amount, but the free freight total must be reached for each individual order. SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR Return authorization is required. Call us for the RA number, clearly mark the outside of your package with the RA number, include a copy of the invoice, write down the reason for return, and return the package freight prepaid to the warehouse from which it was shipped.
