2 TheseSeries 4000 valves are available in materials conformingto NACE MR0103 requirements, and specificallyprepared for oxygen or high-vacuum service. They arealso available to conform to ASME, API, BS, ISO, DIN andMSS body and trim materials for Fire-Titevalvesare carbon steel with 316 stainless steel trim and all316 stainless steel. Seat material options are PTFE ( T )and Xtreme (X) seats for applications involvingchemicals, petrochemicals, acids, caustics and (R) seats are for higher pressures, while PFA (B)seats resist the effects of polymerizing monomers suchas butadieneand styrene. Metal (D) seats are alsoavailable for use with high-temperature fluids,saturated steam, and other heat-transfer media atpressures to 300 psi ( bar) and temperatures to600 F (316 C).
