It is with great pleasure that we invite you as our delegate to our biennial flagship event: SCL International Virtual Conference on Construction Law and Arbitration: The Way Forward, slated for December 10-12, 2021. It is with great pleasure that we invite you as our delegate to our biennial flagship event: SCL International Virtual Conference on Construction Law and Arbitration: The Way Forward, slated for December 10-12, 2021. This is truly the most awaited construction law and construction arbitration event in India, given its previous successes in 2017 and 2019, which hosted more than 350 delegates each year. In 2017, the conference featured 24 foreign speakers and 11 Sitting Judges.

2 In 2019, among 49 speakers, we had 9 Sitting Judges and 31 foreign speakers who took part in enriching dialogues. For the 2019 conference, Shri Nitin Gadkari (Hon'ble Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India) said: This conference is most important for construction and construction industry's legal issues, regarding It is a really great thing for the country; I give my best wishes. With whatever policy suggestions and recommendations the conference is going to give me, I will definitely on the basis of that resolve issues and we will formulate policies which are helpful for the country. This 3-day international conference will feature significant developments with a special focus on the future. The conference will bring together judges, lawyers, construction professionals, academicians, industry leaders, engineers and analysts, and other professionals from across the globe to engage in formative dialogues, deliberating upon the way forward for construction law and arbitration.

The Working Groups meet five times a year to lead various projects and initiatives, which will be published and publicly available. The Council of Advisors advise SCL India and meet once a year to discuss the Society s goal and initiatives. The Board of Reporters provides regular updates on fontcolorst developments in the field for publication online, as well as our newsletters.
