2 The purchaser s sole and exclusive remedy for breach ofwarranty shall be such replacement or of defect in materials or workmanship in any Products shall be allowed only when it is submitted to Loctite in writing within onemonth after discovery of the defect or after the time the defect should reasonably have been discovered and in any event, within ten yearsafter the delivery of the Products to the purchaser. No such claim shall be allowed in respect of Products which have been neglected or improperlystored, transported, handled, installed, connected, operated, used or maintained or in the event of unauthorized modification of the Productsincluding, where products, parts or attachments for use in connection with the Products are available from Loctite, the use of products, parts orattachments which are not manufactured by Products shall be returned to Loctite for any reason without prior written approval from Loctite.

Observe general safety regulations for the handling of chemicals!Observe manufacturer s instructions!Request a safety data sheet for the product used!For Your Safety1 The Vari-Drop Applicator is suitable for manually dispensing all Loctite products that can be dispensedusing time/pressure dispensing. This covers products with viscosities up to 80,000 adjusting screw allows repeatable dispense from light to heavy beads or quantity applied is dependent on the stroke set for the trigger (5). Adjust the screw (7) for thedesired Vari-Drop Applicator # 97131 can be used with the Integrated Manual Controller #97003 or#97004, and the cartridge dispenser #97109.

Luer-Lck SleeveUsage and Function2 Description328376154101114131312153 When using with the Integrated Manual Controller #97003 or 97004, screw the tank fitting into the tank coverand tighten with a wrench. Leave a length of tubing extending beyond the fitting so that the tubing stops within2-3 cm from the inside bottom surface of the product container when the reservoir cover is closed. Then tightenthe nut and ferrule assembly to hold the tubing secure.

6 Follow reservoir instructions for using the cartridge reservoir #97109, screw the tank fitting into the connection adapter (2). Do not extendthe tubing beyond the tank fitting. Follow the reservoir instructions for Vari-Drop Applicator requires no special care or maintenance. It can be flushed with Loctite FlushingSolvent directly from the ! Do not place or submerge Vari-Drop Applicator into Vari-Drop Applicator becomes plugged with cured product or otherwise damaged, it can be replaced withVari-Drop Replacement Kit #97132 or repaired with Vari-Drop Repair Kit #97249 and feedline kit # replace the Vari-Drop Applicator , use the following procedure:Caution! 7 Remove air pressure from the product all product from the Vari-Drop Applicator and the feed line by raising the Applicator above the reservoirwith the needle in the vertical up position. Depress the dispensing lever to allow product to the nut at the back end of the Vari-Drop Applicator and remove the feed tube from the old Applicator . Apply a liberal amount of silicone grease to the threads of the new Applicator and secure the feedline with the Applicator is now ready for use. Loctite haftet deshalb nicht f r Sch den, die nicht amLiefergegenstand selbst entstanden sind; insbesondere haftet Loctite nicht f r entgangenen Gewinnoder sonstige Verm genssch den des Haftungsfreizeichnung gilt nicht, soweit die Schadensursache auf Vorsatz oder groberFahrl ssigkeit beruht.

9 Sie gilt ferner dann nicht, wenn der Besteller wegen des Fehlens einerzugesicherten Eigenschaft Schadensersatzanspr che wegen Nichterf llung gem 463, 480 BGB geltend innerhalb der Gew hrleistungsfrist ein Mangel festgestellt, so ist das entsprechende Teil anLoctite zur ckzusenden. Ein Begleitschreiben mit Angabe der Rechnungsnummer, unter der dasProdukt bezogen wurde, sowie der Ursache f r die R cksendung ist beizuf gen. Die R cklieferungvon Komponenten zur Reparatur mu ohne fremde Teile erfolgen; im Fall der M ngelbeseitigungtr gt Loctite die Material-, Transport- und Arbeitskosten, soweit sich diese nicht dadurch erh hen,da die Kaufsache an einen anderen als den urspr nglichen Ort verbracht wurde ( 476 a BGB).

10 DieKosten von Ein- und Ausbauma nahmen tr gt Loctite nur zur H lfte, maximal jedoch bis zur H hedes r Ersatzlieferung und Nachbesserung haftet Loctite sechs eine Komponente und/oder ein von Loctite geliefertes Teil oder System ohne Zustimmung vonLoctite ge ndert oder repariert, zweckentfremdet oder nicht in bereinstimmung mit den Vorschriftenvon Loctite installiert und in Betrieb gesetzt, erlischt die Gew weitergehende Haftung auf Schadensersatz als in Ziffer 1 und 2 vorgesehen, ist - ohneR cksicht auf die Rechtsnatur des geltend gemachten Anspruchs - vorstehende Regelung gilt nicht f r Anspr che gem 1 und 4 gilt bei anf nglichem Unverm gen oder zu vertretender Unm die Haftung von Loctite ausgeschlossen oder beschr nkt ist, gilt dies auch f r die pers nlicheHaftung der Angestellten, Arbeitnehmer, Mitarbeiter, Vertreter und Erf llungshilfen von r den gefahrlosen und erfolgreichen Einsatz des Ger tes diese Anleitung vollst ndig lesen.
