This litigation was primarily between Mr. Anderson and his legal proxy, EndeavorAcademy, and Dr. Kenneth Wapnick, and his legal proxy is currently the copyrightholder of legal record for the 2nd edition of ACIM. The ultimate result of this certain copyright ruling was therelease to the public domain of the Criswell edition of ACIM.

3 As a result of this release to the public domain of the Criswell edition of ACIM, apparently Mr. Anderson madethe assumption that any claims by Dr. Wapnick to retain copyrights over any editions of ACIM that were datedbefore the Criswell edition would probably not be found to be legally valid. Thus Mr. Anderson s apparentdecision to publicly release the Urtext in November, 2003. This legal opinion of Mr. Anderson s has beenreinforced over the COURSE of the intervening year(s), as to the best of my knowledge, during this time has chosen not to press any further legal claims against Mr.
