2 A-MERICAN caster Inc. products are warranted against defects in MATERIAL and workmanship for different periods of time from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misapplication, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, or lack of regular lubrication maintenance. Any product that is claimed to be defective and is returned to any one of A-MERICAN caster Inc. warehouses with prior approval will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight and installation).This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties, express or implied, such as an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.
