The site is situated within a commercial setting with similar properties adjacent to the south and west. Colmore Road liesto the north and Bennett's Hill is located to the east of the study Land Use On SiteHistorically, the site was developed prior to and mapping from identified the site to comprise several adjoinedbuildings throughout with courtyards located in the centre.
