1 madan mohan malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur Admission Cell Notice for Spot Counselling Against seats to be filled for Only Participation Eligibility (Who can apply?) 1. Candidates registered by paying Rs. 2000/- for online Counselling conducted by MMM University of Technology, Gorakhpur but failed to get a seat or withdrew his/her candidature from online Counselling at any stage. (Such candidates need to register themselves again on registration portal for sopt Counselling between 11 Dec 2021 (10 am) to 14 Dec 2021 (5 pm), but they don t need to pay Rs. 2000/- as registration fee again.) 2. JEE MAIN(Home State-Those candidates who have qualified JEE MAIN with UP state eligibility, Other State- Those candidates who have qualified JEE MAIN with state eligibility code other than Uttar Pradesh) qualified candidates who have not participated/registered in online Counselling conducted by MMMUT, Gorakhpur.

2 (Such candidates need to pay Rs. 2000/- as registration fee in online mode from registration portal between 11 Dec 2021 (10 am) to 14 Dec 2021 (5 pm)) Seat Allotment Information regarding vacant seats in various programs will be published at University Website ( ) on Dec 13, 2021 by 10 am. The vacant seats shall be allotted as per CRL rank of the candidates present at MMMUT for spot Counselling . No category/sub-category/rural-weightage benefit shall be given in spot round seat allotment. Process for Participation: All candidates successfully registered on Counselling portal should report personally at Multi-Purpose Hall, madan mohan malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur on Dec 16, 2021 up to 11 am. The candidates are required to report with all original documents with one set of self-attested Photostat copies of the same at MMMUT, Gorakhpur.

3 The candidates are also required to bring a demand draft of Annual University Fee [as per details given in following table] Course University Fee (Rs.) 1. 90000 Please note that after seat allotment (if offered), the candidate has to immediately deposit Annual University Fee in the form of demand draft. The demand draft should be made in favour of MMMUT Admission Cell payable at Gorakhpur failing which the seat allotment shall be cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next available candidates as per his/her rank. If a candidate will withdraw his/her candidature at later stage, then only caution money will be refunded. : MMMUT Admission Cell payable at Gorakhpur.
