1 Good Day, Thanks for your interest in chartering the ERRS High Level Bridge streetcar . Payment for the charter is due before departure, please pay the onboard conductor in cash or cheque payable to "ERRS", they will provide a receipt if needed. We like to stop in the middle of the Bridge, where it's private, if you need to consume any of your beverages. Another point: we have noticed that some guests on charters do a BYOB. This is prohibited under current AGLC regulations . Furthermore, AGLC regulations require that all liquor purchased for consumption on board the streetcar have receipts attached to the license itself. If you have notified us you will have liquor on the streetcar we will attach the AGLC. liquor license permission letter which will allow you to purchase the license itself (cost about $ ) from a liquor vendor. The license must be accompanied by all receipts for liquor and displayed inside the streetcar .

2 Because the car is a moveable item (except when the drinks are being enjoyed on the Bridge), it doesn't have an address per se, so the address for the function on the streetcar should read: 8408 - Gateway Boulevard NW. Please be advised the ongoing request is approved based on the following: A Special Event Licence must be obtained by every individual or group chartering the streetcar . All liquor brought into the streetcar will be accompanied by a Special Event Licence, and verified by a representative of the Society. All events where liquor is present will be private, with no public advertising or admittance. liquor service will only be provided when the streetcar has been chartered, with consumption permitted during the hours of 10:00am and 12:00am only.

4 Staff (volunteers) of the streetcar must be present when liquor service is offered, providing supervision of the event. A copy of this approval should be provided to each applicant for Special Event Licence, to be presented at the liquor store of their choice. liquor stores may retain a copy of this letter for their records.
