Only charges that are reportable to the State Bureau of Identification (SBI) require an ATN/CTN. This booklet lists the Maine Statutes and their unique sequence numbers for charges that must be reported to the State Bureau of Identification (SBI). Only current and active statutes are included. The statutes in this booklet are listed in order by citation. Provided for each citation are: Citation Class Sequence number (a unique 6-digit code) Short Description Also included: Code table for the classification of crimes Code table of ORIs for District Attorney Offices and the Attorney General Code table for indicating charge enhancements and/or domestic violence Additional codes for use in the METRO Bail File 1 ATN/CTN refers to Arrest Tracking Number/Charge Tracking Number.
