Theamount of sprayed material is adjusted by turning/setting a needle(colour) adjustment screw. When the trigger is depressed, a pre-set amount of material is sprayed. Single action is simpler forapplying uniform even coats of colour without any notable shade ortone variation, and is almost always preferred for single colour andbasic spray coating applications.

3 DUAL ACTION AIRBRUSH,trigger controls both air and materialflow (press down on the trigger for air, pull back on the trigger formaterial flow adjustment). Preferred for "artistic" applications as itallows the user to vary spray pattern while and enables the artist togo from fine to wide lines (and vice-versa) without limitation. Dualaction is preferred for shading effects and colour gradations, aswell as being more proficient for detail airbrush applications andtruer realism - refers to the manner in which air and material cometogether while MIXthe air and paint mix outside the Airbrush, pro-ducing a coarse round spray pattern, which is preferable for largersurface coverage and volume spray applicationsINTERNAL MIXthe air and paint mix inside the airbrush, produc-ing a precisely atomized fine dot spray pattern, and is preferredfor precision finishing needs, such as colour gradations, shadingeffects.

4 And fine - refers to the place of entry and manner which thesprayed material enters the FEEDA irbrushes have the material enter through asiphon tube or colour cup that is attached to the bottom of theAirbrush and should have at least 18 PSI (Pressure Per SquareInch) while spraying to operate properly. The Bottom FeedAirbrush is best for general and production applications as it usesmore material without having to frequently fill the material reservoirallowing (or causes) the artist to work at a brisker pace, enablingfaster spray application when FEEDA irbrushes pulls material into the airbrushthrough a top-mounted colour reservoir allowing the airbrush to beoperated at a lower pressure (as low as 8 PSI) for improved air-brush control making it easier to do finer detail work as the finish-ing process can be done at a more deliberate pace.

5 SIDE FEED Airbrush allows the user to work with a swivel side cupallowing more flexibility for Airbrushing in difficult to reach areas oron contoured pieces. Many Artist prefer side feed AIRBRUSHES fordetail applications because the side feed cup also eliminates anysight line obstruction to the needle tip when doing "close in" intri-cate detail work. Operates best at approximately 12 PSI. DUAL FEEDA irbrush has the ability to be used as either gravityfeed or bottom feed depending on the user's varying applicationneeds.
