2 Conference ATTENDEES must make their hotel reservations with the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 1-800-233-1234. Please reference the CGIA National Gang Conference to obtain the Conference rate of $135 plus tax, single or double occupancy. ATTENDEES may also make their reservations online at The room rate is available until July 20th, 2018. Hotel rooms may be available after this cut-off date; however, the prevailing rate will be charged. The Hyatt requires a deposit by check, money order, or accepted credit card for the first night to reserve and guarantee accommodations. To guarantee the discounted rate, reserve rooms early, prior to the July 20th deadline.

3 Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out is 12:00 PM. The hotel does not have airport shuttle service. Parking Parking fees for hotel guests: $ a day. Daily commuters: $ per day. Only hotel guests have in and out parking privileges during the day. Registration Information Conference registration fee is $325 for members and $350 for non-members IF FEE IS RECEIVED BY July 27th, 2018. AFTER. THAT DATE, THE FEE WILL BE $350 PER MEMBER and $375 FOR NON-MEMBERS. The fee includes an annual CGIA membership for law enforcement professionals, Conference materials, handouts and a certificate of completion. CGIA accepts payments in US funds by check, money order, or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

WALK-INS are discouraged and will be assessed an additional $25 fee. Single Day Registration Fee Tuesday-Thursday $125 each day, includes Conference materials, and handouts. Friday rate is $100. (NOTE ESTIMATED. Conference CLOSURE IS 12:00 ON FRIDAY). Group Rate Available CGIA is offering a group Conference registration rate. Group rates are available for departmental units that register 10 or more personnel per individual unit.

POST Credit It is anticipated that qualified law enforcement Conference ATTENDEES will receive POST and / or college credit after completing the training. POST numbers are obtainable from your agency training unit. The training is not POST reimbursable, however. Cancellation and Refund Policies Upon written or telephonic request to CGIA, registration fees are refundable for cancellations received by August 6, 2018. upon request.

6 After this date, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. Substitutions may be made by written or telephonic request to CGIA for no charge. Conference Registrant Check-in Conference check-in will be held at the Hyatt Regency Conference registration area, Monday, August 13, 2018 from 12:00 PM. to 6:00 PM and Tuesday, August 14, 2018, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
