2 St. Malachy Athletic Association Meeting Please join us today, September 5th at 7:00 PM in the gym. All parents are welcome to attend. Open House & PTG Meeting (Gr. K-8) Please join us on Tuesday, September 11th from 6-7:00 PM for our Open House and stay for the PTG Meeting at 7:00 PM. We hope to see you then! Donuts Donuts will be sold Saturday, September 15th and Sunday, September 16th. If you need volunteer hours, this is a great opportunity (no clearances needed)! If you are interested, please call/text Roy Scott at (412) 712-6220. Teachers Linen Booth St. Malachy School teachers will be sponsoring the Linen Booth at the Parish Festival this year.

3 Please see the enclosed flyer asking for donations of NEW items for the home. Baskets will be made with the donated items, which will be raffled off at the Linen Booth during the St. Malachy Nationality Festival. Send in donated items to the School office by Friday, September 21st. If you are interested in assembling baskets once items are received, please contact Mrs. Crawford at You will receive volunteer hours for making baskets. Month of Designer Handbags Each ticket costs $20 and is valid for the entire month of November! Please see the enclosed flyer for more details. Children's Choir - New singers are always welcome!

4 Students in 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade are invited to participate. Please encourage your child to be a part of this important ministry. The flyer/permission sheet was given to students by their homeroom teachers. For more information, contact Ms. Lanz at Handbell Choir Students in grades 5th-8th are welcome to join. 5 Mr. Moore is the proud grandfather of Sonni S. (2nd grade). Thank you to everyone who purchased and sold tickets. We raised $1,305 which will be used for field trip busses this School year! Pancake Breakfast - Sunday, September 9th from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM in Weirauch Hall, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus. Adults $6, children under twelve $3. Includes pancakes, sausage or bacon, coffee, tea and juice.
