It also contains information on how you can access on-line help, which is a comprehensive description of all the Amadeus function entries. The conversion function describes the entries you can use to decode and encode names and industry codes as well as the calculator functions you can perform. 3 Amadeus Information Request Help After an Error Message (HE/). When you make a mistake in an entry, the system responds with an error message. If you receive an error message, you can display the on-line help page for the last transaction code you entered. You make the following entry: NMWATSON/HARALD MR. INVALID FORMAT/NOT ENTERED/. >NMWATSON/HARALD MR. To request on-line help for the NM transaction code, enter: HE/. If you make an error in a multiple element entry, the system displays the on-line help screen for the first transaction code in the entry. When you press Enter, the system displays the information associated to the entry. You can redisplay your last two entries. Where do I go for Help? There are two types of information in AIS: Information provided and maintained by Providers. Information provided and maintained by Amadeus . You can request information from AIS at anytime, even if you are not signed into system . When you are already working in the system you can display information from AIS and the continue with your previous activity. A total of 997 million pages are available in AIS.
