2 SCOPE OF SUPPLY - The AMC hospital has OPD of around 300 to 350 patients daily and indoor capacity of about 65 beds. The tenderer will have to supply Surgical items / laboratory and rubber goods ( and other products as and when required with in time) The MUNICIPAL Hospital has an indoor and outdoor facility it has bed capacity of 65 beds and has OPD of around 250 to 300 patients daily. Successful bidders will have to supply required surgical items, Rubber goods, laboratory chemicals and reagents, surgical; dressing and surgical suture material, needles syringes, surgical rubber goods, laboratory chemicals and reagents, surgical dressing and suture material, needles, syringes, dispensary medical surgical sundries (glass slide, coverslips etc), medical equipment instruments and other necessary goods as and when required.
3 At its own labour cost VAT, Levies and transportation and other expenses. 1) Services required To supply surgical items /laboratory and rubber goods / other items from time to time to hospital / AMC store at his own labour cost/ transportation and vat and other charges Cost Of Blank Tender Form Rs .3,150 /- (Including Vat) Earnest Money Deposit ,000/- Contract Period 11 Month (may be extended till the next tender is allotted)
