4 You must book your tickets in advance in order to travel on any Expressway Eurolines travel between Ireland and the United Kingdom, book online at , or in person through a travel agency or at any Bus ireann travel centre. Can I change my booking?Amendments can be made up to five hours prior to the departure time of any standard fare booking. No changes can be made to economy fare bookings. If your standard fare booking was made online, it can also be changed online. If your standard fare booking was made via a travel agent or a Bus ireann travel centre, they can amend your booking for you.

5 An amendment fee of 10 applies for each change of date. LuggageEach passenger may take one small item of hand luggage (capable of fitting into an overhead luggage rack or beneath their seat) with them onto the coach. Hand luggage must not be left unattended during ferry crossings or at refreshment stops. All other luggage must be stored in the coach s luggage compartment. Two additional items of luggage are included with your ticket, each item not exceeding 80 x 70 x 20cm in size, and weighing no more than 15kg.

6 In the event a passenger wishes to add a further bag to the luggage hold, they may do so at a cost of per bag, subject to availability. This must be booked three working days in advance of travel by emailing Extra luggage cannot be added via the driver on the day. Each passenger must present their luggage to customs or security for examination if required, and all luggage must be labelled. Expressway Eurolines accepts no responsibility for luggage, which is carried at each passenger s own risk.

8 On the ferry, passengers should take any items they will require for the ferry journey with them, and the coach will be locked during the crossing. When the ferry arrives at its destination port, passengers will rejoin their coach on the car deck. Will there be rest stops?Expressway Eurolines journeys between Ireland and England include a scheduled passenger comfort stop of approximately 45 minutes at a motorway service area with food and washroom facilities. At these stops, it is essential that passengers reboard the coach at the time specified by their driver.

9 Failure to do so may result in the coach departing without those passengers who have not there be meals provided?Meals are not provided on Expressway Eurolines coaches. However, there is a wide selection of food and beverage options on board the ferry and there will be food and drink available at rest stops. Please note that hot food or beverages are not permitted on the coach. Will my coach have WiFi?The majority of coaches operating to and from Ireland as part of the Expressway Eurolines network have free WiFi, but this is not there be plug sockets or charging points on board?

10 Most coaches will have charging facilities but this is not guaranteed. These will be available on the ferry. Please note No pets or animals are permitted to travel on Expressway Eurolines with the exception of guide dogs. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on all Expressway Eurolines services.
