1 Amrin Amin is Parliamentary Secretary for Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs. He is Member of Parliament representing Sembawang Group Representation Constituency (Woodlands) since 2015. Prior to political office, he was a corporate lawyer at Joseph Tan Jude Benny LLP specialising in mergers and acquisitions. Amrin received his education at Dunman Secondary School and Tampines Junior College before reading law at National University of Singapore (Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Columbia University in New York (Master of Laws (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar)). He enjoys history, movies, reading autobiographies and collecting newspapers during milestone events.)
