Knowledge is one of theorganization s most importantvalues, affectingitscombativenes s. One way to acquire organization sknowledge andmake itavailable to all their associates isthrough the use of knowledge management classification survey makes an importantcontribution to advancing knowledge in both science knowledge management as a set of activities,Technique andtools aresupporting the creation and transferof Software engineering(SE)knowledge knowledge management of the testing process isthe key to improve the quality of Software management has different features in softwaretesting. One of themost importantresearch questions is howto effectively integrate the knowledge management with thesoftware testing process so that the knowledge assets can bespread and reused in Software testing organizations[1].

In this paper, the current state of knowledge managementin rule based was analyzed and the major existing problemswere identified; rule based methods was proposed towardsaknowledge Managementsystem in rulebased wasdesignedand managementis the process ofcapturing and making use of an organization s collectiveexpertise anywhere in the business [2]. Amrita Pandeyare withComputer Science andEngineering, Invertis University Bareilly, importance of knowledge management that has becomea hot spot in international manages fields. In order toenhance its competitive power, many enterprises haveinitiatively taken knowledge management into their corebusiness process, which drives the development ofconsultation business whose new business scope isknowledge management, and then a lot of Software toolsand systems about knowledge management have beendeveloped by IT enterprise[3].

Knowledge management is an approach to discovering, capturing, and reusing both tacit (in people s heads) andexplicit (digital-or paper-based) knowledge as well as thecultural and technological means of enabling the knowledgemanagement process to besuccessful[5].The knowledgemanagement (KM) cornerstone is improvingproductivity byeffective knowledge sharing andtransfer[6].Therule basedsystem, knowledge is represented in the form of (Ifcondition Then conclusion < action >) production rules [7].Knowledge Management is one of the hottest topicstoday in both the industry world and information researchworld. In our daily life, we deal with huge amount of dataand information. Data and information is not knowledgeuntil we know how to dig the value out of it. This is thereason we need knowledge management.

Unfortunately, there's no universal definition of knowledge management, just as there's no agreement as to what constitutesknowledge in the first place. We chose the followingdefinition for knowledge management for its simplicity andbroad context. Knowledge Management (KM) refers toamulti-disciplined approach to achieving organizationalobjectives by making the best use of knowledge. Knowledgemanagementfocuses on processes such as acquiring, creating and sharing knowledge and the cultural andtechnical foundations that support knowledge management system facilitates creation, access and reuse of knowledge, andits main goals are topromote knowledge growth, communication, preservationand sharing [8].The knowledge management approachusing Software testing involves the process of detectingsoftware discrepancies so that they can be corrected beforethey are installed into a live environment supportingoperational business units [9].

INSOFTWARETESTINGS oftware testing process normally involvedblack box andwhite box of Box Testingis conducted on theAmrita singh , Er. Anil Pandey52 International Journal of Emerging Trends in Electrical and Electronics (IJETEE ISSN: 2320-9569) , , by test engineers or by domain experts to checkwhether the application is working according to box testingmethod isconductedby developer in atechnicalperception whereas black box testing is conductedby test engineers with end-user conduct white box testing in a positive perceptionwhereas tester will conduct black box testing with anegative perception where there is a more chance of findingmore defects .The more defects you identifyresults in aquality box testing will not cover non functional areas. Asfunctional requirements are also very important forproduction system those are covered in black box Box Testingconducted on the source code bydevelopers to check does the source code is working asexpected or notis called white box the source code is visible, finding and rectifying theproblems is easy for developers.

The defects that areidentified in white box testing are very economical toresolve. To reduce the defects as early as possible white boxtesting is testing by using knowledgebased is a set of conditions or variables under which atester will determine whether a system under test satisfiesrequirements or works correctly. The process of developingtest cases can also help find problems in the requirements ordesign ofan applicationatest case has components thatdescribes an input, action or event and an expectedresponse, to determine if a feature of an application isworking an application's or program's working is notblack-and-white. A program may work in one situation orcondition, but may fail in another. It is up to the softwaretester, to ensure that a program works correctly in allpossible :Imagine a program which adds two program must accept twonumerical inputs, perform theaddition and display the output.

But certain conditions exist, which can hamper the functioning of the program. Like ifone input is zero. The program should correctly display theoutput, which is the number itself. What if one number isnegative? Then the program should perform subtraction andcorrectly assign a positive or negative sign to the cases, at root level, are used to measure how aprogram handles errors or tricky situations such as if oneinput is incorrect or if both inputs are incorrect. They arealso expected to expose hidden logical errors in theprogram'scode thathave gone Traffic if the traffic lights are having three lights,(Green, Yellow, Red) thatthe lights turn on in a sequence3. Verifythat lights turn on in a sequence based on timespecified,(Greenlight min, Yellowloght10sec, Redlight1min)4. Verifythat only one light glow at a time5.

Verifyif the speed of the traffic light can be acceleratedas time specified based on the traffic2. Rule BasedThe people cross theroad safelywhen the traffic light isgreen, and must stopwhen thetraffic light is traffic light is greenTHEN action is goIF traffic light is redTHEN action isstopThesestatementsrepresent the IF-THEN form are calledproduction KnowledgeManagement(KM)Knowledge management is based on the idea that anorganisation s most valuable resource is the knowledge ofits people. Therefore, the extent to which an organisationperforms well, will depend, among other things, on howeffectively its people can create new knowledge, shareknowledge around the organisation, and use that knowledgeto best management is a process that emphasisesgenerating, capturing and sharing information know howand integrating these into business practices and decisionmaking for (KBS)Knowledge-based systemsalso process data and rules tooutput information and addition, theyalso process expert knowledge to output answers, recommendations, and expert system(KMS)can be implemented by usingtwo components which are involved Knowledgemanagementsystem (KMS)

Functionality and its relatedinfrastructure through rulebased knowledgemanagement systemfrom the information technologicalpoint of view[1], knowledge is an entity differentiated fromthe information object in that there is an element of expertreview and distillation where knowledge is BASED TESTING METHODThe rule-based test pattern generation RI (n) is input generationAmrita singh , Er. Anil Pandey53 International Journal of Emerging Trends in Electrical and Electronics (IJETEE ISSN: 2320-9569) , , are usedbyarule interpreter togenerate new testcases. A simulator executes these test cases. The simulatorrecords coverage statistics for the test inputs. The ruleinterpreter analyzes the execution results and generatesadditional test cases. This cycle continues until the amountofrequested coverage is achieved or until a user specifiednumber of test cases have been generated and executed.
