1 ANNOUNCEMENT JAPANESE GOVERNMENT SPONSORED (MEXT) SCHOLARSHIP 2019 The Embassy of Japan in botswana invites all qualified botswana citizens to apply for the Japa-nese Government-Sponsored MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technolo-gy) Scholarship for Research (Post-graduate) & Undergraduate Students to study in Japan for 2019 intake. Eligibility botswana nationals only Age limit & Academic Background for Research Students (Post Graduate Program) Applicants must have been born on or after April 2, 1984. Applicants must be a graduate from university or college. Age limit & Academic Background for Undergraduate Students Applicants must have been born between April 2, 1994 and April 1, 2002. Applicant must either have completed 12 years of regular school education or have graduated from a school equivalent to an upper secondary school.
