2 SibWings team is happy to present our new FSX add-on - the ANTONOV An-2! The An-2 is a very special bird. It was designed to meet Soviet Ministry of Forestry requirement for a utility aircraft and became one of the most famous aircraft in history. Thanks to its outstanding flight characteristics it was used in more than forty spheres with numerous modifications developed. During its record-setting 45-year production more than 18 000 airplanes were built, dozens of nations and airlines have employed them in civil and military roles.

3 The An-2 gained huge popularity all over the world and nowadays continues flying low and slow . In this FSX package we offer you the most common An-2 twelve-seater passenger model and six repaints. This model faithfully reproduces all the particular, real-life, ANTONOV An-2 features in a meticulous way. We're sure you will enjoy the exquisite rendition of the exterior and interior models, highly-detailed 3D-panel and HD textures, fully-animated dynamic VC, accurate flight dynamics, authentic sounds, and so much more which will make your An-2 flying experience very realistic!

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you the End-User (either an individual or a single legal entity) and SibWings Laboratory manufacturer ("SW-lab") for the use of the SOFTWARE referred to below. Please read the terms carefully before installing, copying and using the product.

7 Installing, copying or using the product indicates your tacit acceptance of these terms. This EULA is valid and grants the end-user rights ONLY if the SOFTWARE is genuine and a genuine license for the SOFTWARE is included. The following agreement is made between you (the user) and the SibWings Laboratory (SW-lab) concerning THE SOFTWARE product the ANTONOV An-2 , add-on software for the Microsoft Flight Simulator X. This software is furnished as is and comes with a guarantee of efficiency if all the System Requirements are fulfilled.

8 In case of lacking of any system components, malfunctions or drawbacks can appear in the utilization of the ANTONOV An-2 software, which is not the responsibility of the SW-lab. You use the Software at your own risk, the authors are not responsible for any loss or distortion of data, nor for any profit lost during the process of use or incorrect use of this software. The Software is the property of the SibWings laboratory. Accepting this license agreement grants the user limited rights for the use of it. The ANTONOV An-2 software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions and remains the property of SW-lab even after acceptance of this license agreement.

9 Under the license agreement SW-lab agrees to offer end-user rights of the ANTONOV An-2 software to everybody who: agrees AND complies with the conditions of this license agreement;. has paid the amount stated for this product. The given license agreement gives you the right to install and use only one copy of the ANTONOV An-2 software on a single computer. With the exception of repaints, you are not entitled to: make any changes in the ANTONOV An-2 software;. annexe the ANTONOV An-2 software to any other software product;. copy, distribute, resell, sublicense or rent the ANTONOV An-2 software, in its entirety, or in part without the express written permission of SW-lab.

10 This license accords provision for reinstallation of the Software subject to current Terms and Conditions as found on the SW-Lab website Note that restrictions may apply after the automated first reinstallation, and subsequent re-application for renewal or replacement of the License will be dealt with on merit. However, multiple reinstallation is permitted, insofar as the renewal or replacement does not impinge on the EULA. All mentioned Trademarks and Copyrights remain the property of their respective owners, who also reserve all intellectual rights in the Software.
