2 DEALER PLATE POLICY (Class W Wholesale Dealers) The number of dealer plates w hich may be i ssued to a Class W dealership is determined as follows: One dealer plate for each five vehicles carried in highest (monthly) inventory, up to and including 40 vehicles. One dealer plate for each 10 vehicles in excess of 40, up to a maximum of 10 plates. In addition to the ADDITIONAL plate request form, Class W dealers must submit copies of police book entries or the front and back of titles, for vehicles in their highest (monthly) inventory, to verify the need for any ADDITIONAL dealer plates.
