2 The schedule for Saturdays is set for bowling from 9 am 12 pm but the schedule during the week can be flexible. They are looking for someone with a heart for Special olympic that may have some professional experience in the workplace and would be interested in a part time job. 3 Starting in May, area 17 will be in need of a new Special Olympics area Director for Chatham to take over all Chatham Special Olympics Teams. Mary Ellen has been a great asset to the team and after volunteering for the past 14 years she has decided to retire. I know we will still see Mary Ellen at all the events but she will be missed in her role as the of Chatham area Special Olympics . 7 This group continues to send members to the Special Olympics , returning with many medals and great memories. Ramps and guides are provided. Participants may bowl at no charge. The Y offers transportation through the SMTD Access Bus Program. The rental for this chartered transportation is funded by the Y Strong Kids Initiative and gifts to the program.
