2 Watch the future you desire THEME for this year s adventure, On the River of Discovery with Women of Influence, was inspired by the strong Native American women leaders Page has met through her husband John Gritts (Cherokee Nation). Cheryl Crazy Bull is one of these inspiring women. Her strength is deeply rooted in history yet as contemporary as the Enduring Spirit Award she recently received. As President of the American Indian College Fund, Cheryl is dedicated to Educating the Mind and Spirit of Native people. The College Fund with Cheryl at its helm provides an average of 6,000 scholarships annually, helping support the nation s 34 accredited tribal colleges and universities located on or near Indian reservations.

3 I m thrilled, Page told Cheryl, that other women will have the chance to spend six days on the River with you, especially women at the crossroads of life. I anticipate many inspiring conversations as we circle up on the sandy beaches along the Green River ! THE TRIP: Outfitted by Sheri Griffith Expeditions, everything River -trip related for this women-only adventure is provided professional women guides, oar boats, tents, sleeping bags, and fresh healthy meals. The guides do all the cooking, and row the rafts. Float past the stunning geological features and cultural history of the Green River , capturinginsights and reflections in your journals.

4 Swim in the Green s warm waters or have fun paddling inflatable kayaks in the moderate rapids. Each evening at camp, beneath a desert sky full of heavenly stars, we ll join Page and Cheryl for inspiring conversations. Working with SGE for nearly 18 years, Page s River writing journeys for women were featured in Oprah s O Magazine in 2006 as One of the top six great, all-girl getaways of the year. WHY THE River ? This trip features days spent both floating on calm water and playing in fun whitewater, giving us time to explore the creative world of women of influence with Cheryl and Page. We'll stop for optional hikes to scenic lookouts and through beautiful side canyons. The evenings and mornings allow time for journaling, circling up with the group, and enjoying the natural beauty. Campsites on beautiful beaches along the riverbank are remote so we carry with us all the comforts we'll need for our stay in the natural world.

8 Every camp is pristine with only a few footprints of birds, animals or other travelers who pass this QUICK GLANCE AT THE ITINERARYA rrival Day: River orientation is held at 5:00 PM the evening before departure, Sunday, September 20, 2015, at the SGE office.
