OWNER WARRANTY TheLessorwarrantsthattheVehicleisingoodc onditionandisfreefromanyfaultsthatmay affect the performance of the VEHICLE . 9. lessee WARRANTIES The lessee warrants the following: a. The lessee shall not use the VEHICLE for any purpose other than its intended purpose. b. TheLesseewarrantsthattheVehiclewillbeope ratedbyacompetentpersonandwill notviolateanylaworregulation,andthattheL esseewillberesponsibleforpayingany finesincurredbythedriverleviedorsanction edbytheauthoritiesupontheoperation or use of the VEHICLE .

INDEMNITY TheLessorshallnotbeliable,underanycircum stances,foranydamagetopropertyorperson duringtheuseandoperationoftheVehicleandt hatallsuchclaimsshallbewaivedbythe lessee .

5 TheLesseeshallalsoreturntheVehicletotheL essoringoodconditionasitwaswhenitwas received except for the reasonable wear and tear. TheLesseeshallalsonotholdtheLessorliable foranyloss,damage,cost,ordemandofany lessee s expense. 14. NOTIFICATION TheLessorrequirestheLesseetonotifytheLes sorofanyaccidentorcircumstancethatmay leadtoaclaimandtoprovidetheLessorwiththe specificsofit,includingtheidentityofthe driver,andanyfurtherinformationthatmayhe lptheLessorbecomeawareofthe circumstances of the incident. 15. TERMINATION TheLessormayterminatethisAgreementatanyt imeonthegroundsoftheLessee sfailureto , the lessee must then return the possession of the VEHICLE to the Lessor.
