Feedback and adoption of the two-year revision cycle continues to be very positive. Elimination of Addenda and reduction in the number of changes has made it easier and more cost-effective for Certificate Holders to stay in compliance. Regulatory compliance with the code is mandatory within 6 months of its release. In order for a Certificate Holder to be in compliance, they must have the most recent edition of the code onsite.

3 To ensure compliance, this also means that all Certificate H olders should now have a copy of the 2015 asme BPVC. The Errata, Interpretations and code Cases continue to be updated regularly. In between new releases of the code , asme will continue to make these available to your customers as they are issued as part of their online subscriptions or via hardcopy purchase.
