2 As an Associate you have a number of obligations in regards to workplace health and safety. At Adecco we use WorkPro, an online induction system which allows you to complete your induction through a number of online modules. Workpro discusses these obligations and what the expectations are in relation to workplace health and safety. These modules need to be completed prior to your assignment, however remain current for 24 months, so you can continue in multiple assignments without having to repeat the also ensure you are working in a safe workplace by conducting regular site assessments and communicating with your supervisors and you, to ensure you feel safe in the work environment. Before the AssignmentWe ensure you are working in a safe workplace by conducting regular site assessmentsThere is always the possibility with temporary assignments that these can extend or become permanent, however this will be discussed with you if and when the opportunity arises.

3 If you have committed to the assignment, it is important that you are able to stay on board through to its completion. If you need to leave the assignment for any reason, you are required to give reasonable notice to allow for a handover if required. A reasonable notice is generally: 1 working day for assignments up to one week 3 working days for assignments up to one month, and 1 working week for assignments that last beyond four weeks If you are ever unsure, or think your situation may change which will affect your ability to commit to the assignment, please contact your consultant as they will be able to discuss the matter with you. The Assignment and Notice PeriodsAftercare We take pride in conducting regular aftercare checks with our clients and candidates to ensure the assignment continues to run safely and smoothly.

4 We have a dedicated health and safety team that you can contact at any stage in relation to an incident or accident that occurs. If you ever feel unsafe, harassed, bullied or discriminated against, get in contact with your consultant week you will be expected to enter a timesheet outlining: Your hours and breaks that you have worked We recommend completing this timesheet either before leaving work on Friday evening or first thing Monday morning An automatically generated email lets your direct supervisor know that the timesheet has been entered As long as these are approved prior to 1pm each Tuesday, you will be paid on the Wednesday. If you experience issues with your online timesheet, please contact your consultant, as it is your responsibility to ensure that your timesheet is entered.

5 If we are unable to fix the technical issue, we will arrange for a manual timesheet submission to avoid any delays in the payment of your wages. Each Wednesday you will receive payment for the week in arrears (Mon-Fri): Same day payment if you bank with Commonwealth Bank Overnight with most other major financial institutions Credit unions may take longerIf for any reason your timesheet has not been entered and approved in time for the Wednesday pay run, an off cycle pay run is scheduled on Fridays to allow prompt payment for those that may have missed the deadline. Timesheets and Payroll When working as a temporary Associate you are paid only for the hours that you work. Should you require annual leave, this should be discussed with your consultant, as they act in the capacity of your employer and can liaise with the client on your behalf and perhaps any cover that might be required.

6 In relation to sick leave, it is important that you liaise with both your consultant and the client and that all parties are made aware prior to your start time. If you only get voicemail options, you need to also email your consultant as a matter of urgency. Annual Leave and Sick LeaveWe take pride in the way we not only conduct our business but support our temporary associates. 7 ReferralsAs the end of your assignment draws near you and your consultant will work together to start actively seeking additional options for you to move in to. Therefore, if your situation or expectations have changed, it is important that you get in contact with them to let them know. This includes if you are considering a different location or you have booked annual leave in the future. Your consultant is able to support you in both your temporary and permanent job search and as such can tailor the approach at different points of your assignment. Completion of your assignmentUniquely
