1 Avocado and Shrimp SalsaLeslie CochranCopper Hills SamsIngredients:1 lb shrimp2-3 avocados, cut into cubes cup ketchup cup lime juice2 teaspoons hot sauce cup tomatoes, chopped cup green onions, chopped cup cilantro, choppedPreparation:Combine ketchup, lime juice and hot sauce then stir in the tomatoes, onions andcilantro. Pour over Shrimp , toss and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. When ready toserve add avocados and mix and garnish with lime the recipe file of Mary Ann Bilka.
