To prepare participants to control the flow (play) of scenario events to ensure an EXERCISE is conducted in accordance with the EXERCISE objectives and extent of play. Target Audience: This COURSE is designed for new and experienced controllers from Federal, State, tribal, local emergency management and utilities involved with offsite REP EXERCISE /drill control for NRC-licensed commercial nuclear power plants.
