1 BC CANCER HAZARDOUS DRUG LIST. (Refer to: Pharmacy Directive VI-80 HAZARDOUS Drug List). The BC CANCER HAZARDOUS Drug List (BC CANCER HD List) is comprised of: drugs listed as HAZARDOUS in the currently published National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health-US (NIOSH) List of Antineoplastic and Other HAZARDOUS Drugs in Healthcare Settings ( , NIOSH List). AND. drugs evaluated as HAZARDOUS by BC CANCER (refer to BC CANCER Provincial Pharmacy Directive VI-80 HAZARDOUS Drug List for details regarding the evaluation process). The drugs reviewed for the following list include only those drugs approved for use at BC CANCER regional centres as per the BC CANCER Benefit Drug List or via the BC CANCER Compassionate Access Program (CAP).
