6 It is made up of several choux pastry balls filled with a choice of fillings (I use a creamy, English custard), assembled in a cone-like shape to a point at the top. Spun sugar is usually formed around it and it looks like angel in Australia with the weather changing so much, humidity has a lovely time playing havoc with these masterpieces.
