2 5. Programs may charge a fee for SERVICES based on an individual's income and ability to pay. No one will be denied SERVICES based on ability to pay. Client fees may be waived for Medi-Cal eligible persons participating in Medi-Cal certified SERVICES (except for required share of cost). 6. In addition to languages spoken by providers and listed for each program, free interpreter SERVICES are available at all County BEHAVIORAL HEALTH programs or Individual Network Providers. 7. The County has a network of individual and small group Fee For Service (FFS) mental HEALTH providers. Visit and click Fee for Service Providers under the County Staff and Providers tab. You may ask for a FFS PROVIDER List for your region. The Access and Crisis Line can also help you find a PROVIDER who is taking new clients (1-888-724-7240).
