2 Auctioneers Remarks Halls have been instructed by the Trustees of the BERWICK Estate to conduct this important Dispersal Sale following their decision to fundamentally change the way the Estate is run. BERWICK has always been home to a pedigree Jersey dairy herd, hence the wide range of MACHINERY has been tailored to suit this activity together with various arable aspects. The sale commences at with smaller items, with Sale 2 at am on our internet bidding platform. Situation The BERWICK Estate is situated adjacent to the West Midlands Showground on the B5067 Baschurch Road on the edge of the town. Viewing Items may be viewed on Thursday 11th October between 1pm - 5pm.

Arrange with your Bank Manager for a guaranteed cheque to be issued. 3. Debit cards accepted buyers Registration All purchasers must register their name and address prior to purchasing. They will then be given a buyer s card with a buyer s number printed on this must be produced at each purchase. You need register only once as your number will be a permanent buyer s number. When registering you must supply a positive form of identification, for example, a Driving Licence with photograph.

For more photos of the lots please visit Money Laundering Regulations Lots in this sale may be purchased with notes, coins or traveller s cheques in sterling, provided that the total payable by you does not exceed the equivalent in Sterling of 10000. If the amount payable by you exceeds the equivalent to 10000, the balance must be paid otherwise than in notes, coins or traveller s cheques. Electrical Items All electrical goods that are warranted will be tested by a qualified electrician prior to sale and a certification stamp will be placed on the plug prior to sale.

6 Plugs and cables will be removed from any items that are not warranted. Overseas buyers Will be required to pay the purchase price in full on the sale day, plus 20% deposit which is equivalent to VAT. This deposit will be refunded in full if the Auctioneers received within 3 months a Bill of Loading or Certificate of Shipment from the Shipping or Transport Company showing the date, place and vessel involved as proof of shipment for H M Customs & Excise. Photocopies Will Not Be Accepted unless authenticated by H M Customs & Excise. This condition will be strictly adhered to without exception. 7 Safety Warning For the sake of your own safety and that of others please note: 1. Only park in designated parking areas. 2. It is preferable that dogs are not brought to the sale but if so they must be kept under control at all times and any mess cleaned up. 3.
