4 The price should include the installation of the tiles at 5mm spacing and to any pattern selected by the engineer, grouting with anti bacterial epoxy grout. Price shall include the cement mortar (1:3), sand with cement and install glazed porcelain tiles first grade for wall tiling Spanish or Italian made and as approved by the Engineer. 10 Price shall include surface preparation , pealing off old defective paint, batching, ..etc On walls & all kinds of raw material and apply paint for internal walls, stairs walls, landings, and wherever needed or instructed by the site engineer, the price should include preparing surface, clean, remove dust and foreign matter, sanding with sand paper, checking the walls with Calcimo X and putty, applying one coat of APC FILL , laying two coats of putty (GOLD BOND brand or an approved equivalent), applying one coat of SUPER BOND ROLL and applying three coats of ARACRYL 2000 all as instructed and approved by the site all kinds of raw material and apply paint for gypsum boards up to high, and wherever needed or instructed by the site engineer, the price should include preparing surface, clean, remove dust and foreign matter, sanding it well with sand paper, checking the walls with putty, laying two coats of putty (GOLD BOND brand or an approved equivalent)
