1 Biography Department of the Army Joyce E. Morrow Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army office of the Administrative Assistant Washington, Joyce E. Morrow was selected for the Senior Executive Service in January 1999. She assumed the position of Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army on March 5, 2006. As the Administrative Assistant, Ms. Morrow is the principal civilian advisor to the Secretary for administrative matters. The office of the Administrative Assistant provides a broad spectrum of support services to Army Headquarters elements and other DOD activities, as well as administrative support to Headquarters, Department of the Army.

2 Before assuming her role as the Administrative Assistant she served in a variety of Senior Executive Service positions with the Army Audit Agency. These positions included The Auditor General, Deputy Auditor General for Forces and Financial Management, and Deputy Auditor General for Policy and Operations Management.
