3 Give a glass of water. SEEK MEDICAL AID. EYES: Flush thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. IF IRRITATION PERSISTS, SEEK MEDICAL AID. SKIN: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. INHALATION: In case of accident by inhalation: remove casualty to fresh air and keep at rest. Apply artificial respiration if not breathing. SEEK MEDICAL AID. FIRST AID FACILITIES: First Aid kit to be located on site at all times. ADVICE TO DOCTOR: Product may be removed from skin using cotton wool pads soaked in castor oil or hand cleaner. Treatment should be directed at the control of symptoms/conditions. Section 5: Fire Fighting Measures FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD: Closed containers may explode when exposed to extreme heat (fire). This product will emit flammable vapours if exposed to extreme heat. Will produce toxic fumes when burning.

4 FLAMMABILITY - The product is flammable and may be ignited by flame, sparks or non-flameproof electrical equipment at temperatures above its flash point. Page 3 of 7 SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES - As for Cutback Bitumen . Fire fighters should use breathing apparatus. UNUSUAL FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS - Bitumen products give off dense vapours when heated strongly. Vapours may cause headaches, dizziness, irregular breathing and confusion when inhaled. Section 6: Accidental Release Measures STEPS TO TAKE TO MINIMISE A SPILL OR LEAK - Do NOT allow the product to enter drains or watercourses.

5 - Clean up crews should wear protective clothing , PVC gloves, safety shoes, eye protection. If there is no risk involved, stop leaks. - Stay upwind; remove any source of ignition. - Wherever possible spilt material should be recovered into a sound container. - For small spills, the residue should be absorbed onto a suitable absorbent such as earth, sand or proprietary absorbent. - For large spills, contain the spill by using booms, etc. Inform regulatory authorities immediately ( Fire Brigade, EPA). Eye protection - Use close fitting chemical safety goggles, otherwise use safety glasses fitted with side shields.
