1 1 1 BLIZZARD SERVICE SCHOOL 2013 2013 BLIZZARD SERVICE SCHOOL 2 Chad Barker - Supervisor Chad joined Douglas Dynamics, LLC in 1993 as an engineering designer in the Innovation Department. In September 2010, he moved to the Technical SERVICE Department. Chad has an associate s degree in mechanical design and is currently attending classes at the Milwaukee SCHOOL of Engineering to complete his bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. Chad lives in Trevor, Wisconsin with his wife Sue. He enjoys hunting, fishing and camping. Brian Kaat Brian has been working in the Technical SERVICE Department for Douglas Dynamics, LLC since 1999. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor s degree in marketing and human resource management.

2 He currently lives in Sheboygan, Wisconsin with his wife Beth, and daughter Nikki. For recreation he enjoys fishing for trout and salmon (just started fly fishing), attempting to golf and (formerly) riding motocross bikes. John Frelich John has been working in the Technical SERVICE Department for Douglas Dynamics, LLC since 2011. He studied agriculture business marketing and communications at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He has experience in the pump industry as a SERVICE technician and engineer and years of experience in turf research and development. John lives in Muskego, Wisconsin with his wife Brittany and son Jaxson. He enjoys recreational motorsports including snowmobiling and 4-wheeling, hunting and physical training. Jeff DeRuyter Jeff joined Douglas Dynamics, LLC in 2010 employed in the shipping department.

3 In 2011, he moved to the Technical SERVICE Department. He is currently attending Milwaukee Area Technical College to complete his associate s degree in mechanical design. Jeff lives in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin with his wife Kim and daughters Kaylee and Alexis. In his free time Jeff owns and runs a midsized cash crop and angus beef farm. He enjoys camping, duck, goose, and bow hunting and very limited success fishing. Andy Maas Andy has been working in the Technical SERVICE Department for Douglas Dynamics, LLC since 2010. He attended Moraine Park Technical College were he studied residential and commercial electrical wiring. He was previously employed for eight years in the snowplow industry as a tech SERVICE manager and warranty claims administrator.

4 Andy lives in Lomira, Wisconsin with his wife Rachel and sons James, Jayson, Joel, and Jakob. He enjoys hunting, boating, camping, riding ATVs and anything that involves spending time with his family. Milwaukee, WI - Technical SERVICE Team 3 Roger Peabody Roger has been working in the Technical SERVICE Department for Douglas Dynamics, LLC since 2002. He was previously employed for 23 years in the marine industry as a master SERVICE technician for Mercury Marine. Roger lives in Warren, Maine with his wife Linda and daughter Kaye. Roger is actively involved with the local fire department and has served on both the board of selectmen and several town committees. Rockland, ME - Technical SERVICE Team Tyler Jones - Supervisor Tyler joined Douglas Dynamics, LLC in 2008 as an Technical SERVICE Representative In April 2013, Tyler became the Technical SERVICE Supervisor.

5 He attended the University of Maine, Fort Kent graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Tyler was previously employed as a technician for 3 years at Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP). Tyler lives in Appleton, Maine with his wife Abby, and daughter Mallory. Tyler enjoys snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, hunting, and the outdoors. David Wiley David has been working in the Technical SERVICE Department for Douglas Dynamics, LLC since 2009. He has an Associates Degree in Auto Diesel Technologies. David was previously employed as an auto mechanic for 8 years. He is an ASE Certified Master Tech. for 5 years and has worked with everything from cars to tractor trailers. David lives in Warren, Maine with his wife and three kids. David enjoys the outdoors and motor sports.

6 Sam has been working in the Technical SERVICE Department for Douglas Dynamics, LLC. since July 2013. Sam has earned his degree in Automotive Technology from Eastern Maine Community College, and currently maintains an ASE (Automotive SERVICE Excellence) certification along with automotive state inspection licenses for the state of Maine. Sam lives in Lincolnville, Maine. He enjoys 4-wheeling, motor sports, and the outdoors.
