2 Boats and equipment are due back to our dock by EITHER 2:00 PM or 8:00 PM, depending on your RENTAL duration. The anchor and set of oars provided must be returned with the boat . You MUST check in AND out at the lodge. If boat is not returned to our dock each evening, the fine is $ Accessories: The Marine Safety Kit, life jackets, cushions, nets, RENTAL rods MUST be returned to the lodge front desk to staff. If any are lost OR not returned to the front desk, the fine is $ each. Do not leave garbage of any kind (including any type of food or food garbage like Spits) in the boat . A cleaning charge of $ will be applied to you credit card if you do. I hereby acknowledge that I accept full responsibility for any loss or damage, including loss of RENTAL opportunity, however caused to Roche Lake Resort property, and that I use the property at my own risk.
