There is only one center per borough (not mapped).How is the Directory organized? The Directory contains a map and a listing of Services for each community district within this borough. The neighborhoods that are located within each community district are identified in the Index of Maps, the left top corner of the maps, and the right top corner of the listings find a service provider near the Youth s home: Find out the neighborhood where the Youth resides and find the map(s) that include that Look at the map with the Youth and/or parent/guardian and find their home address in the Discuss the needs of the Youth and identify fitting service providers.
