All members must be a property owner in Brookridge Regular Full Membership initiation fee (nonrefundable) $ +$ tax = $ Option to pay initiation fee in three (3) installments: $ +$ Tax=$ first year $ +$ $ second year $ $ Tax=$ third year Option to pay initiation fee in four (4) installments $ tax due first year when joining $ +tax due in full each January for the next three (3) years Certificate cost $ + $ tax=$ Full Membership Annual dues as of January 2016. (White Bag Tag & Cart number from 1-400). Family membership: $ including tax Single membership: $ including tax Option to pay annual dues monthly: Family: $ includes tax and fee Single: $ includes tax and fee Includes tax and $ *$ tax=$ service fee Full Membership Privileges According to the clubs by-lays there will never be a trail fee.

2 Unlimited golf , unlimited use of practice facilities, full use of club facilities, may run for office, may attend all meetings, may vote on all association matters pertaining to the by-laws, elections and any other matters presented to the membership by the board. May serve on any committee and belong to any golf club League. May also play in club championship. May book tee times 48 hours in advance after 7 am Associate Membership Annual Dues Effective January 2016. (Blue Bag Tag & Cart Number in the 500 Series). Family $ including tax Single $ including tax Option to pay monthly: Family $ including tax and fee Single $ including tax and fee (Includes tax and $50+ tax service fee). Associate Membership Privileges. Associate members may join any golf club League, golf group, and participate in any golf club Sponsored Tournaments. Associate members will never pay trail fees, can play unlimited golf , and have full use of all club facilities.

3 Associate members may bring guest within the guidelines of the association . Associate members may not attend any association meetings, vote or run for the Board of Directors or participate in any votes of serve on any committees. Associate members may not play in the club Championship. Associate members may volunteer in any of the club volunteer activities, Men's Work Crew, Ladies Beautification Crew, Pro Shop, Monitors, etc. May book tee times 48 hours in advance after 7 am. Futures Membership effective January 2016. Black Bag Tag & BCCGA Cart Number 1-400. 5 Year Plan: Yearly initiation fee (non-refundable) $ +$ tax = $ Total at the end of five years $ + Tax Certificate cost is $ +$ $ Must purchase a minimum number of golf rounds per membership type Annual Single will be a minimum of $300 for (12) 18 Hole Greens Fees tax included ($25.)

Futures Membership Privileges and Restrictions: Futures members may book tee times 48 hours in advance after 7 am. Futures members may play anytime and may sponsor guests. They may attend meetings and vote. Futures may notrun for the Board of Directors. Futures may notplay in the club Championship . At any time a Futures members decides to become a Full Member, the balance of the initiation fee can be paid and dues for the year paid. At the end of the 5 year plan, the member will then be required to pay the then current annual dues.

5 Social Memberships effective January 2016. (Green Bag Tag Cart Numbers in the 700 Series The current limit for Social members is 40. If no Social Memberships are available a waiting list will be maintained in the order received, giving priority to any current or past members with 10+ years of membership. They will go to the top of the waiting list. NOTES: For any questions about memberships, rates or club activities call: (352) 596-3028. Rates and privileges subject to change with board approval. Please verify all rates and rules. Brookridge Country club golf association Inc. also has renters, guest and visitor packages available. Each membership will have a numbered different colored bag tag. Must own golf cart. *Never a trail fee Each guest must have a daily bag tag. (Received from monitor when checking in). Each guest must be sponsored by a member and play with that paid member.)

6 Full clubhouse privileges are given to all members The BCCGA certificate owner is still responsible for his/her annual dues even though he or she leases out his or her membership All BCCGA certificate owners will be responsible for the total annual dues Brookridge Country club golf association Inc. is considered a Top rated golf course within a four county area. BCCGA is known for being one of the best kept courses with beautiful scenery on each hole. The course has blue, white, gold, red and silver tees. The course is challenging and considered one of the best kept secrets in Florida
