3 Building or portion thereof and theaccessory public areas thereof are accessible when theycomply with subarticle two of article two of subchapterfour of chapter one of Title twenty-seven of this codeand can be approached, entered and used by peoplehaving physical disabilities. ACCESSIBLE continuous unobstructedpath connecting all accessible spaces and rooms in abuilding that can be negotiated by all categories ofpeople having physical disabilities. Interior accessibleroutes may include corridors, doorways, floors, ramps,elevators, lifts and clear floor space adjacent to accessible routes may include parking accessaisles, curb ramps, walks, ramps and stair between two floors, whichdoes not serve as a required exit.
