Alan Russell, J Harper, 1 MORE VOLUNTEER REQUIRED Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Nominations are now being accepted for the next RYLA course which will be held in Canberra from 15-20 January 2017. RYLA is an outstanding 6 day all-expenses paid live-in leadership and personal development training course for 18 to 25 year olds.
